First 30 contractors get 90 days free

Tiling software

Quote it, tile it, get paid, no notepad required.

Quote a bathroom from the walkthrough, keep the job together across every visit, and send a GST/HST-aware invoice the day the last tile goes down. All from the phone in your pocket.

The basics

What is tiling software?

Tiling software is how a tile contractor quotes a job, keeps track of it across every visit, and bills for it. No paper quote, no spreadsheet, no notebook full of scribbles.

Right now that all lives in your texts, your call log, a notepad on the dash, and your memory.

StrikeHoney does all of it in one app. Quote the job, carry it from the first visit to the last tile, and get paid without chasing anyone.

  • 01Line-item quotes for the tile and the labour
  • 02A job you can pick back up on day three
  • 03Customer questions kept with the job they are about
  • 04A deposit up front, then staged bills as the work moves
  • 05Invoices, and knowing who still owes you
Grout happens

A tile job almost never ends in one visit

The work spreads over days. What you use to keep track of it should not fall apart because of that.

  • A three-day bathroom tracked in your head, or not tracked at all
  • Tile counts and labour hours scratched on paper, or texted to yourself
  • Which tile they picked, buried in a thread from last week
  • Chasing a deposit before you start, then chasing the balance after
  • One job, open from the first visit to the last tile
  • Quotes built line by line, tile and labour on the same sheet
  • Every message from that customer sitting on the job it is about
  • Deposit taken at approval, staged bills as the work moves
What you get

Built tile by tile

  1. 01

Quote it before you are off the ladder

Send a clean, line-item quote as a link. They open it on their phone, approve it, and pay the deposit in the same tap. No printing, no waiting three days to find out if you are in. A paper quote cannot take a deposit while you are loading the truck.

  2. 02

Pick the job back up on day three

Tile jobs run over days, not hours. The customer's details, the schedule, the photos and how far along you are all sit on the one job. You know what is left without ringing anyone to ask. A notebook cannot tell you which room you finished on Tuesday.

  3. 03

Bill it the way the job actually runs

Take the deposit at approval, bill the stages as they are done, and send the last invoice the day the grout is in. We work out the remaining balance for you, so a week-long job gets billed in pieces without you doing the math at 10 PM.

  4. 04

Keep the tile questions with the tile job

Calls, texts and “can we still change the border?” land on the job, on your own business number, not your personal cell. A group chat has no idea which room you are standing in.

Who it is for

Sound like your Tuesday?

One tiler, maybe a second pair of hands on the big rooms. Nobody in an office keeping the book while you are on your knees.

  • You tile on your own, or with one or two others.
  • You work in Canada and you would rather the tax on a tile invoice sorted itself out.
  • You price by the job, tile and labour together, not by the hour.
  • You would rather carry one bathroom across three days than rebuild the notes each morning.

Tax

GST/HST without the spreadsheet gymnastics

A tile invoice carries the tile, the setting material and your hours, and the tax has to land on all three. Work it out by hand on the last day of a bathroom and you will eventually work it out wrong.

The rate for your province is applied for you and kept in the tax report, so the only number you check at the end of a job is the one you charged for labour.

A separate provincial tax is opt in, because whether it lands on labour or only on materials depends on the trade. Rates checked against the Canada Revenue Agency in August 2026.

FAQ

Before you ask

Tiling software is how a tile contractor quotes jobs, tracks an install that runs over several days, and bills for it from one app. It stands in for the notepad on the dash and the tile count you meant to write down.

StrikeHoney is built for Canadian trade contractors, tile installers included. Quoting, job tracking and invoicing are shaped around how a tile job actually runs: several days on site, tile plus labour, priced per job.

Yes. The job stays open from the first visit to the last tile. The photos, the schedule and the messages sit in one place, not scattered across your texts.

Yes. The rate for your province is applied for you, so the last invoice on a bathroom does not need a calculator and a browser tab.

Both. It is built for one person first. Bring someone on and they get a stripped-down view of the jobs they are on, with the money hidden.

$24/mo CAD, everything included. Pay six months ahead and it works out to $21/mo CAD; pay for the year up front and it is $19/mo CAD. Same product, less money. One plan, no tiers, no add-ons.

Yes. The deposit is collected when the customer approves the quote, and it is credited on the final invoice.
