Your number is ready before your first job

Look like the established outfit you are
Customers see one consistent local number. Not a shortcode, not your personal cell. They save it once, and every text, call and reminder comes from it. Appointment reminders and review requests go out from the same number, so your business looks the same at every step.
Your personal cell stays private
Your own number never shows up on a customer's phone, in their texts, in their call log or on your website. Work stays on the business number, and your cell goes back to being yours.
Call and text from the same number
Tap Call in the app and the customer sees your business number as the caller ID. When they call you, the call rings through to your mobile, or to a forwarding number you set in Settings, like an office line.
Every customer text in one inbox
Replies land in your StrikeHoney inbox, in the same app where you quote, schedule and invoice the job. No digging through a personal message thread to find what the customer said about the paint colour.
- 01Your customer
- 02Your business number
- 03Your mobile or forwarding number
- 04Your StrikeHoney inbox
A missed call isn't a missed job
Up a ladder when the phone rang? The customer gets an automatic text, so they can reply and the lead stays alive.
Switching your customers over is simple
Import your existing customers and send a ready-made “we have a new number” message. Edit it before it goes out.
It works with your website and your leads
Your business number is the one on your StrikeHoney contractor website, so customers who find you online reach the same number. New enquiries land as leads in Lead Tracking, and the job runs from there through quote, work and invoice.
Why not a second phone or a SIM?
- A second phone
- Another device to carry, charge and pay for.
- A carrier line
- Paperwork with a phone company and a monthly line fee.
- A StrikeHoney number
- Included in your plan. No hardware, no paperwork, no extra line fee, and the texts live in the app you already run jobs from.
